The historic parts of Ca’n Lupal are over 200 years old. The estate originally housed the irrigation administration for this part of the valley of Sóller. Can Lupal is just a five minute (flat) walk to the central Square of Soller. The estate is hidden away behind remote controlled gates, with a private illuminated driveway and a large parking area next to the house.
The property was completely refurbished, enlarged and equipped with state of the art technology. The villa has 5 double bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms and sleeps 10 guests. The estate has large living and dining spaces, a luxuriously appointed kitchen, four large terraces, a large swimming pool (20 X 5 metres) and a wonderful garden with spectacular mountain views.
From the the original glass-paned double door you enter the large living room (50 square metres), which contains 3 sofas, a large flat screen TV (satellite) and an open fireplace. Two guest bedrooms are adjacent to the living room. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating (supplemented by wall heating in the historic section). All bedrooms and living areas are air-conditioned.
From the entrance hallway, 4 steps lead up to a large dining room with a table that seats 12, a wood furnace and open kitchen. Adjacent to the dining room are two further double guest rooms, each with en-suite baths. The fifth bedroom is on the lower ground floor and is an independent apartment – separate entrance, double bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower. The guest apartment has natural light, AC and underfloor heating. The villa also has 2 cots and 2 highchairs for the younger members of your group!
Can Lupal has a fully equipped gym including Crosstrainer, barbells, mats and flat screen TV.
From the kitchen, glass doors open out onto the main terrace with a Weber gas BBQ and a table that seats 16. The uninterrupted views of the Tramuntana Mountains will take your breath away.
Set in over 5,000 square metres of landscaped gardens, Can Lupal has plenty of room to play football, pick fruit from the orchard (over 100 citrus trees!) and collect fresh eggs from the happy hens. The saltwater pool is 20 X 5 metres and solar heated. Surrounding the pool is a sunbathing area of 160 square metres plus a pool house which includes a shower, toilet and outdoor kitchen.
At Can Lupal you can enjoy both the convenience of being very close to Soller centre plus the comfort of a luxurious private villa set in beautifully landscaped grounds – the very best of both worlds!

ABOUT THE AREA
Sóller is historically known for its citrus trade still evident today from the plentiful and lush orchards in the area. The cute village is made up of narrow cobblestone streets radiating out from the main plaza, with plenty of little eateries and cafes to choose from, ranging from traditional tapas to stylish and modern restaurants. It has a lovely bustling Saturday market featuring local produce, products and crafts. The port of Soller with its picturesque harbour is just minutes away, with a dedicated vintage tram running from town, and the ‘Blue Flag’ beach rating makes for a perfect family day spent by the water.
Surrounded by the stunning Serra de Tramuntana mountains, Sóller is a nature lovers paradise, and the perfect base for hiking and outdoor adventures. The construction of the 3km tunnel through the mountains in 1997 means that Sóller is no longer isolated and traveling to other destinations on the island is easy. For a unique experience make a trip to Palma on the vintage train service dating back to 1912 and take in the gorgeous Mallorcan countryside on the journey which terminates by Palma’s main transport station.
