Villa La Mola is just minutes’ drive from Port d’Andratx in a quiet neighbourhood where the sea view is unobstructed other than the impressive rock formation across the bay. This 2-story home is ideal for a family plus an additional couple, sleeping 8 guests in the main house.
The bedrooms are all located on one level with access to the main entrance. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with shower, and views to the sea. Two additional bedrooms feature in the same street level, sharing a bathroom. An additional bedroom is an annex adjacent to the main house. From the bedroom level the stairs lead down to an open living and dining room connected to the kitchen with island and a day room with desk and TV. The spaces have bay view windows and sliding doors, which open to a balcony.
The front of the villa, boasts two more lower levels featuring an infinity pool, covered terrace ideal for breakfast and a lower level with a sundeck, perfect for use as a chill out sofa seater and a dining table under cover with BBQ. Parking is located on the street level in front of the villa. Weekly refresh of the house plus end of stay clean are included in the weekly rental price.

Port Andratx is located on the farthest point of Mallorca’s south west area and is renowned for its beautiful coastline leading up to the foothills of the stunning landscape of the Sierra Tramuntana Mountains (now a UNESCO World Heritage Site), its famous marina and picturesque port.
There are almost no signs of mass tourism in this charming area which offers high quality Mallorcan restaurants serving quality local produce and freshly caught fish, designer fashion boutiques and independent shops with the exclusive Camp de Mar golf course nearby. A few minutes from the port along the coast is the famous St Elm beach which is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful in Mallorca.
